Ideally, it should do just that, use the inbuilt browser, or use whatever browser is installed in the PortableApps media (though if more than one is installed, it could get tricky). I'm not sure if this can be easily fixed, though, as I can't even find an option in the settings to modify the browser it'll open the link in (I was initially expecting it to open the link in its own in-built browser, since it DOES have one, weird). This is NOT good for a Portable app that's supposed to leave no trace. IE! or whatever is the default browser on the local machine, I assume. => If you do this, surprise! the link opens in.
